Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have seven days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Be unworn, unused and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without contacting us and receiving approval first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and share clear pictures or videos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution if your claim is approved.

Sale Items

Products purchased on sale, clearance or under a special promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

For sale items, colours, prints and designs may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. Where multiple colours or designs are available and no selection option is provided, a design or colour may be shipped randomly, subject to availability.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged only after approval from Mini Looms. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
